Position Title : Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator
Location : Montgomery, AL
Position Status : Contract
Pay Rate : $40 / hour on W2
Position Description :
The Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator will be part of the Office of Information Technology-Systems Administration team, responsible for supporting, designing, and delivering Microsoft solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements. This role will focus on creating effective knowledge sharing, collaboration, and workflow solutions to ensure the successful delivery of M365 solutions within a multi-tenant platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build, deploy, and implement solutions in SCCM and Intune for client systems management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft products, including WSUS, Group Policy, Windows OS, and Windows Servicing in enterprise-scale environments.
- Collaborate with Microsoft 365 Product Owners to assist with daily operations and resolve issues concerning Microsoft 365 solutions, such as E-mail, E-Discovery, and Content Search.
- Provide technical support for escalated incidents from the helpdesk, addressing system and identity issues related to environment changes.
- Assist in implementing a Microsoft 365 roadmap, ensuring integration of new platform innovations.
- Manage and troubleshoot F5 and VxRail platforms, including configuration and support.
- Support the migration of content from various platforms (e.g., servers, OneDrive, SharePoint) to Microsoft 365.
- Assist with configuration and policy implementation for Microsoft portals and services authorized by the department.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
