Client Server Software Analyst I ( Client Software Analyst)
Client Location : Remote 100%
Contract Length : 6-months 6-month extension – no conversion to FTE
This role primarily involves analyzing, implementing, and supporting NetSuite ERP / CRM solutions to help the company optimize its business processes. The position requires a mix of technical expertise, business analysis, and problem-solving skills to ensure that NetSuite is effectively meeting business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Problem Analysis & NetSuite Implementation
- Understand complex business challenges and determine how NetSuite ERP / CRM can be used to solve them.
- Assess how changes to NetSuite will impact the organization and its workflows.
- System Configuration & Customization
- Configure NetSuite to meet business requirements (e.g., workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions ).
- Recommend enhancements or system changes for better efficiency.
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Support two separate instances of NetSuite, handling issues, debugging, and troubleshooting .
- Work with stakeholders to implement fixes and improvements.
- Documentation & Training
- Prepare detailed documentation (e.g., business requirements, user stories, workflows, training manuals).
- Provide training and presentations to users on new features and processes.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
- Work closely with Product Owners and business teams to understand needs and implement solutions.
- Participate in Agile Software Development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
- Research & Emerging Technologies
- Stay updated on NetSuite best practices and other relevant enterprise technologies ( Agreement Express, Box, Google Enterprise Systems ).
- Research new solutions to improve existing processes.
