Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support various change initiatives within the Chief Technology Office (CTO). The consultant will work closely with the OCM Lead to drive successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the OCM Lead to support implementation of organizational change initiatives across multiple ongoing projects.
- Conduct research and analysis related to change efforts, including data gathering, surveys, and assessing the organization’s current state.
- Participate in relevant meetings and working sessions (e.g., UAT) to understand upcoming changes and new system functionalities.
- Develop and support the creation of communication materials such as presentations, stakeholder updates, internal announcements, and emails.
- Coordinate and schedule change-related meetings and events.
- Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training resources including user guides, training materials, and support documentation.
- Provide ongoing change adoption support, monitor employee engagement, and track progress through implementation.
Top Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting change management efforts for technology-related initiatives, preferably within enterprise or CTO environments.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting organizational research, surveys, and current state assessments.
- Experience developing clear and engaging communication materials and coordinating stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ability to participate in technical sessions (e.g., UAT) to understand and help translate functionality into user-ready training/support materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
