We are seeking an organized and strategic Senior Accounting Analyst to join our Accounting team. This role is responsible for preparing timely and accurate financial statements used by Partners, Corporate Management, and Sales Management to assess the company’s financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Statement Management
- Create, maintain, and distribute financial statements for reporting cost centers related to Sales and Corporate management.
- Reconcile financial statements by division to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and balance.
- Produce and distribute consolidated financial statements and Gross Profit reports for Partners and Corporate management.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Distribute secondary financial reports to the Sales department (e.g., Sample and Un-saleable expense detail, Miscellaneous Marketing detail, Payroll Summaries).
- Research financial statement variances and originate correcting journal entries as needed.
- Accrue monthly expenses, including wages, payroll taxes, utilities, temporary labor, telephone expenses, and various chargebacks.
- Allocate monthly expenses (e.g., healthcare, employee expenses, payroll taxes, other taxes, licenses, and global IT expenses).
- Perform detailed analysis and periodic audits of expense reports.
- Respond to financial inquiries from Partners, Corporate, and Sales management.
- Reconciliation & Compliance
- Process monthly incentives and reconcile them to the General Ledger.
- Reconcile monthly gross profit reports to financial statements and the general ledger.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Handle special projects as requested by upper management.
- Travel as needed to attend and participate in financial review meetings.
- Utilize 10-key by touch for efficient data entry.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university (preferred).
- Minimum three years of relevant accounting experience.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
