We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Director of Dealership Operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn't afraid to get in the trenches, and can drive both operational excellence and strategic growth. This person will be a proven leader, capable of building strong relationships from the ground level all the way to the executive suite. You'll roll up your sleeves to lead multi-site operations while also engaging with senior leadership to align on strategic direction. As a critical player in our growing organization, you'll be responsible for Seneca Tank's dealership operations, focusing on both the leading customer experience and financial performance.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will directly supervise the Dealership Managers of our current (Des Moines, IA, Springfield, MO and Wichita, KS) and future dealerships.
Essential Job Functions
Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA): Be the driving force behind operational consistency, team accountability, and top-tier customer service, leading by example both in the field and in executive meetings.
Dealership Operations & Strategy: Develop and implement dealership procedures, ensuring consistency and seamless execution across multiple locations.
Strategic Growth Execution: Lead the strategic growth of our dealerships, focusing on both expanding its footprint and improving operational performance.
Financial Performance: Own and grow the service gross profit across all locations while ensuring the financial health of each dealership.
Leading Customer Experience: Ensure that Seneca Tank delivers the leading customer experience in the industry by fostering a culture of excellence, from service execution to communication.

Physical Demands
Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, 20 lbs. of force frequently, and 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects
Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet without correction, color vision, depth perception and field of vision
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
