Job Responsibilities :
The Completions Engineer will serve as an integral member of the Drilling & Completions team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following :
- Work with Senecas technical personnel to design and execute the optimal completions program
- Execution and supervision of completions operations including, but not limited to, prep, hydraulic fracturing, wireline, plug drill out, and workover
- Work as an onsite supervisor supporting Seneca completions operations
- Create AFEs and assist with cost tracking, both field and actual, through the life of the well
- Prepare required pre-well documents and necessary notifications for each well
- Ensure accuracy of electronic well files including daily WellView Reports
- Review completions related invoices as part of the invoice approval process
- Analyze well performance and recommend improvements to optimize completions efficiencies
- Assist foremen with moves and setup of the locations
- Practice and promote the continued development of Senecas operational Best Practices
- Participate in training, as determined by management, to expand knowledge in discipline and areas of responsibility
- Requires a minimum 50% of the time to be spent in the field
- Comply with Senecas EHSQ policies, standards and procedures and demonstrate active and regular involvement in EHSQ programs
Job Qualifications :
The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America with a valid drivers license with no restrictions to operate a company vehicle.
