Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our Design and Build teams by overseeing multiple project schedules, managing tasks, and ensuring that all project files and knowledge are well-organized. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail oriented and organizationally adept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
- Track project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to adjust schedules as needed.
- Task Management:
- Assist in the identification and assignment of tasks across various projects.
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- File Organization:
- Maintain an organized system for project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
- Ensure all files are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members.
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems to support efficient project execution.
- Knowledge Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base related to project processes, best practices, and environmental standards.
- Document lessons learned and best practices from each project to improve future performance.
- Support the team in accessing and utilizing relevant project information and resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in coordinating multiple projects within the construction industry.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software, digital first mentality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships with clients, subs and vendors.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Knowledge: Familiarity with residential construction
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in Project Coordination/Management of custom residential homes
- Knowledge: Familiarity with green building standards and sustainability practices is highly desirable.

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
