The Operations Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the management of workflow across all areas of the business operation. This position is responsible for optimizing day-to-day activities and performance of the business, working closely with site leadership to align operations with customer needs. The Operations Specialist analyzes business operations, identifies areas for improvement, and implements strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the site leadership team in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions related to business operations.
- Interact with the production team and agency team on the front line.
- Collaborate with SeneCare to analyze complaint data and develop detailed plans for resolutions.
- Understand metrics for service delivery, actively participate in data gathering and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and support the team in achieving daily and hourly goals.
- Foster a team environment, promoting teamwork at all times.
- Effectively communicate across the organization, maintaining open lines of communication upwards, downwards, and horizontally.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques such as Root Cause Analysis and the 5 Whys to drive systemic problem resolution.
- Partner with the leadership team to develop new processes and procedures focused on reducing cycle time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal work production across the organization.
- Other duties as requested by business need .
- High School Degree/GED preferred.
- Continuing education is a plus.
- 2-4 years of previous supply chain or logistics experience preferred.
- Experience with safety standards and working with best practices.
- Experience working in a team-based environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively interact with all levels within the facility and organization.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills with a basic knowledge of decision-making processes.
- Must be capable of working outdoors in sunlight and higher temperatures on occasion. Must have the physical, emotional, and spiritual stamina to handle job-related issues and stress, and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 35 lbs or more.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexibility to work across all shifts to meet business needs.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Responsible for all receiving in the system.
- Consistent and regular attendance is expected.
- Previous supply chain or logistics experience.
- Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning/Warehouse Management and Automation System (ERP/WMAS) is a plus.
