We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pre-Weigh Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for handling pre-weigh scheduling, managing shipping documentation, issuing and returning raw materials, and ensuring document control within the warehouse. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and possess strong typing and basic math skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain pre-weigh scheduling to ensure efficient workflow.
- Accurately weigh and partition raw materials according to written batch instructions.
- Demonstrate attention to detail by accurately weighing materials and documenting correct lot numbers.
- Prepare packing lists and shipping documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Issue and return raw materials to production orders while ensuring proper documentation.
- Manage raw material expiration date extension documents to maintain compliance and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee general warehouse document control, including organizing, updating, and maintaining records.
- Utilize ERP systems for inventory management and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data entry.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills β Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Dynamics.
- Solid basic math skills for cycle counting inventory and material management.
- Ability to differentiate weight measurements (lbs, kg, mL, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to safely and routinely lift 20-50 pounds daily.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and Contract Manufacturers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Consistent and regular attendance is expected.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
