Position Overview:
Join our team as a Continuous Improvement Manager, where you will lead transformational initiatives to drive excellence across manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and warehousing operations. In this critical role, you will implement Lean principles, optimize processes, and integrate advanced systems like Microsoft Dynamics Seller Central, barcoding, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision and Leadership
- Create and execute a strategic vision for continuous improvement across manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and warehousing.
- Drive the integration of advanced technologies, including Microsoft Dynamics Seller Central, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Champion a culture of Lean thinking and innovation to foster excellence organization-wide.
Systems Implementation and Optimization
- Lead the setup and implementation of barcoding systems to improve inventory accuracy and traceability.
- Oversee the deployment of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize workflows and boost warehouse productivity.
- Manage ERP integration, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing traceability with lot and batch code management.
Process Improvement Initiatives
- Identify and execute high-impact process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Deliver training and workshops to empower teams and embed continuous improvement practices into the organizational culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design initiatives that improve cost efficiency, product quality, and service delivery.
Data-Driven Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct root cause analysis to address operational challenges such as material flow, production capacity, and inventory management.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure improvements in efficiency, quality, and service levels.
- Provide senior leadership with regular updates and detailed reports on the progress and ROI of improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Partner with Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Warehousing teams to align systems and processes.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects that achieve measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or warehousing.
- Proven success in implementing ERP systems, WMS, barcoding, and Lean methodologies.
Skills
- Expertise in project management, with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple high-impact initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and related tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and OEE.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
Certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
