We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee key warehouse functions, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth operations in receiving, logistics, inventory control, and product handling .
Position Overview :
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive process enhancements, maintain inventory accuracy, and support waste reduction efforts and donation programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, pre-weigh, logistics, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflow, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
- Manage donation programs and coordinate reject / product destruction processes in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through effective tracking, audits, and process improvements .
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and warehouse operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards .
