Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics Engineering, or Energy Risk Management
- 3-5 years’ experience in Energy Risk Management and Trading
- Effective Communication Skills
- Successful history in contract negotiation

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop power supply strategy and analysis and develop strategies for resource planning and resource optimization.
- Assess and manage risk within customer power supply strategies and portfolios.
- Prepare and consult with customers on power supply strategies, risk management plans and resource optimization.
- Prepare and consult with customers on power supply contract quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Provide Client support and ensure projects are completed to expected timeline and successfully fulfilled.
- Develop and implement strategies for fuel hedging and risk management.
- Develop and implement Congestion Right Revenue (CRR) strategies.
- Stay abreast with changing market updates and technology associated with Energy regulatory compliance affecting the business and/or customers and propose recommended changes for business continuity.
- Effectively communicate with Client(s) in a timely manner for assigned projects, representing SEnergy; all Client inquiries should have a response back to Client within 24 hours of request.
- Develop new techniques and/or improved processes, materials or products.
- Assist upper-level management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor.
- Serve as the technical specialist for the organization in the application of advanced concepts, principles, and methods in the assigned area.
