About the Position:
We are looking to hire an attorney to join our firm and help support our existing Virginia client base. The position will require the attorney to personally appear in court to handle the high volume dockets in multiple jurisdictions surrounding the Richmond, Va area. This will typically involve uncontested and contested General District Court cases, but may involve appeals to Circuit Court. Virtual help with internal document review, evictions support, bad debt recovery, minor lease reviews and revisions, drafting legal documents and pleadings, and responding to clients’ questions by email and telephone is expected.

Candidates must be currently admitted to practice law in Virginia and have familiarity with residential landlord-tenant law.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
