Who We're Looking For :

We're seeking an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our

growing team. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and building strong relationships, and you value

generate new business, close deals effectively, and help us continue our success in the vacation rental industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new vacation rental properties for our portfolio.

Generate and manage leads to continuously grow our client base.

Build and nurture relationships with property owners, ensuring a long-term partnership.

Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our management team.

Solve challenges proactively to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.

Increase brand visibility and market exposure through targeted outreach and networking.

Meet monthly KPIs, with a focus on adding 6-7 properties to the portfolio each month.

What Does Success Look Like?

Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets (6-7 properties per month,

approximately 80 properties per year).

Building strong, lasting relationships with property owners and partners.

Effectively utilizing marketing resources and CRM tools (Leadsimple) to generate leads.

High client satisfaction and retention, driven by transparency and communication.

Achieving commission-based compensation targets, with uncapped earning potential based on

performance.

Preferred Qualifications :

Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the vacation rental or real estate

industry.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Residency near Kissimmee, Davenport, or Four Corners area is required.

Reliable vehicle for client meetings and property tours.

Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation and Benefits : - Base salary of $45,000 annually

Commission structure : $300 to $750 per property added to the portfolio, with the potential to earn a

minimum of $40,000 in commissions
