Job Description : As our Home Care Representative, you will be the driving force in building our brand and promoting our services within the community. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, senior care providers, and families to establish relationships and create awareness about our high-quality, personalized care options.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote non-medical home care services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Network and attend local events, health fairs, and community meetings to raise awareness of our services.
- Conduct targeted outreach to families, caregivers, and seniors in need of home care services.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website updates.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for new clients.
