Senior Care Partners PACE is looking for a Participant Care Services Manager to lead our dynamic Participant Care Services (PCS) team and help us provide participant-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life for our community’s aging population.
As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of PACE PCS teams, ensuring excellence in care delivery while building an empowered and motivated team. You’ll champion the PACE philosophy and promote a supportive, respectful, and creative approach to participant care.

What You’ll Do:
- Inspire and lead a team of 100 Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)/Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), ensuring they feel empowered, supported, and recognized.
- Ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) regulations.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of participant care.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention strategies.
- Monitor participant satisfaction and solve concerns to ensure positive outcomes.
- Partner with the Nurse Educator to provide ongoing training and development for team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous growth and excellence in care services.
Qualifications You Bring:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Michigan.
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (preferred); associate degree required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in health or human services, managed care, home care, or long-term care settings.
- At least one year of leadership experience required (two years preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience working with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Visible presence in the center, participants’ homes, and the community.
- Requires flexible hours, including rotating on-call duties.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid Michigan driver’s license.
- Must be fully vaccinated, or willing to become fully vaccinated against communicable diseases such as Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, Covid-19, and Hepatitis B
