Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Social Worker LCSW to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Senior Care Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and follow-up sessions during standard hours of care. You will also complete documentation within appropriate guidelines using our electronic medical/health system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have previous clinical experience in skilled nursing, hospital, hospice, or home care settings. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be proficient in computer usage.
