IT Systems Administrator
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless device deployment, software management, and technical support across the Microsoft platform. This role will also provide EHR (Electronic Health Record) support, manage security protocols, oversee access management, telecommunications, and vendor technical support while also leading IT integrations for newly acquired organizations. The IT Systems Administrator works closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations.
Essential Functions :
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and deployment of company devices.
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper access control and deactivation of accounts.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft-based environments, including Windows, OS, Office 365, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operation
- Assist employees with hardware and software setup, troubleshoot, and system optimizations.
- Work with EHR vendors to implement system integrations, upgrades, and new functionality as required.
- Collaborate to ensure EHR systems are user-friendly and optimized for daily operations.
- Manage and maintain IT software, including installations, updates, and license compliance.
- Oversee system security, ensuring proper access levels, permissions, and user authentication protocols.
- Monitor IT infrastructure for security threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance with company policies.
- Set up and support organization telecommunication.
- Act as a liaison for vendor support, facilities issue resolution and system connections.
- Support IT-related needs for third-party software and service providers.
- Lead IT integrations for newly acquired organizations, including system conversions, security alignment, and user transitions.
- Standardize IT processes across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to meet current and future requirements.
- Analyze and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to practice policies, procedures, and protocols including confidentiality.
- Travel Requirements : up to 10%
