Join a rapidly growing home care agency! The appropriate candidate will have healthcare experience and a home care agency background or equivalent skills.
This job will include scheduling and administrative duties, such as filing clinical and HR records, report logging, and making follow-up phone calls as necessary. The candidate will assist administrative staff with completing designated duties as assigned. Basic computer skills are necessary.
The candidate may also be asked to cover a client if an in home aide calls out and the CSR has expereince. Rotating weekend on-call phone coverage required.

Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in customer support and client services
- Skilled in data entry and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Background in home and community care is preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
