Join a rapidly growing home care agency! The appropriate candidate will have healthcare experience and a home care agency background or equivalent skills.

This job will include scheduling and administrative duties, such as filing clinical and HR records, report logging, and making follow-up phone calls as necessary. The candidate will assist administrative staff with completing designated duties as assigned. Basic computer skills are necessary.

The candidate may also be asked to cover a client if an in home aide calls out and the CSR has expereince. Rotating weekend on-call phone coverage required.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your core skills in communication, data entry, and customer service will enable you to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications

  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills
  • Experience in customer support and client services
  • Skilled in data entry and phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Background in home and community care is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
