SCHAS is looking for a full-time Client Care Relations Specialist to ensure exceptional client experiences and service quality. What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home evaluations to uphold high service standards.
- Act as the key connection between clients, caregivers, and SCHAS.
- Provide hands-on care support during emergencies or staff shortages.
- Assist with intake processes, care plan development, and re-evaluations.
- Represent SCHAS at community and senior care events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Background in case management or assessments, particularly with elderly or disabled clients.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel for home visits with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting 100/300 coverage levels.
- Education: A degree in social services or human services is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
