Your Role as a Caregiver
You’ll play a vital part in enhancing our clients' quality of life, helping them live comfortably and independently at home. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting mobility and assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Preparing nutritious meals and providing medication reminders
- Assisting with light housekeeping
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health or well-being
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate individuals with strong communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Prior experience in personal care or housekeeping is preferred but not required
- A valid Tennessee Driver’s License, auto insurance with at least $50,000 liability coverage, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Willingness to meet training requirements and adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds
