This dynamic part-time position (24 hours per week) requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with clients, caregivers, and management to maintain schedules, manage administrative tasks, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring timely and seamless client services.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in our Generations system, including updates to intakes, evaluations, and training documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Process employment applications, manage client and caregiver files, and assist with payroll preparation.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct follow-up calls, manage client inquiries, and provide updates to clients on the waiting list.
  • Emergency Support: Respond to caregiver emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted client services.
  • On-Call Rotation: Share weekend and on-call responsibilities to ensure 24/7 service availability.
