Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership
- Develop and implement organizational goals, objectives, and strategies
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning of all departments
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, partners, and community leaders
- Lead business development efforts to secure funding and partnerships for the organization
- Monitor financial performance and ensure the organization operates within budgetary guidelines
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the organization
Qualifications:
- Licensed Administrator or relevant experience in an Assisted Living Setting
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts and partnerships effectively
- Knowledge of operations management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
