• Master Scheduler : Keep the physician's calendar in check and make sure appointments stay on track.
• Care Coordinator Extraordinaire : Order labs, meds, referrals, and more to ensure patients get the care they need.
• Scribe & Note-Taker : Capture accurate and thorough notes during appointments.
• Admin Support Hero : Answer phones, manage emails, and greet visitors with a smile.
• Project Coordination Pro : Oversee tasks and projects to make sure they're done right and on time.
• Record Keeping Guru : Keep meticulous records (spreadsheets, databases, etc.) to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Travel and Expense Wizard : Manage travel, expenses, and all related documentation.
