Administrative Assistant
Position Responsibilities
-Provide professional administrative support to our agents
-Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate person/department
-Schedule appointments with clients
-Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
-Ensures the integrity and accuracy of all record keeping
-Special projects as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications
-Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
-One-year experience in an administrative role is preferred
