Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in clients' health to the supervising nurse.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and ensure clients' needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to work in Mt. Pleasant, Charleston, and downtown.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA Certification: Ensure you have completed a state-approved CNA training program and passed the certification exam.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially in long-term care or home health, is highly valued.
