Overview:
Senior Helpers, a leader in Senior Home Care, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Erie, Pennsylvania corporate store’s homecare operations. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through government program opportunities and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. The Executive Director will spearhead strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and scale operations all while delivering exceptional care to clients and cultivating a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in government homecare programs, compliance, and operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute plans to grow the business through government program partnerships and market expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and client-focused service delivery.
- Compliance Oversight: Manage all aspects of government billing, payroll, auditing, and regulatory compliance to maintain adherence to federal, state, and local standards.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and retain high-performing office and care teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgets, forecast expenses, and analyze P&L statements to ensure financial targets are met.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to drive collaboration and growth.
- Quality Improvement: Implement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and care outcomes while staying ahead of industry trends.
- Perform other projects and tasks as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in billing practices and compliance for government payers.
- 5 years of leadership experience, including team development and operational management.
- Home care experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of government billing processes and compliance auditing.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration and motivational abilities with both subordinate team and corporate partners.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Be process orientated, as well as possess the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook
