The Marketing representative will work in the community in order to generate quality leads for Home Care service.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Health and Hospice Scheduler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the delivery of home health and hospice services, ensuring that patient care is efficiently and effectively managed. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and administrative staff. The candidate will also assist with additional office duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling home care services for clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Communicating with home care staff to manage their schedules and assignments
- Ensuring that all shifts are covered and arranging for backup or replacement staff when necessary
- Maintaining detailed records of services provided, including dates, times, and specific tasks performed
- Managing and resolving scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients
- Maintain regular communication with caregivers, and patients to confirm appointments and address any scheduling concerns.
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to scheduling and documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of scheduling processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to be on call during the week and weekends when needed
- Experience in home health scheduling
- Proficiency in computers and scheduling software (Microsoft Office Suite and Wellsky)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be proficient in computers
Experience:
- Scheduling: 1- 2 years (Preferred)

Job Details:

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30pm - 5pm
