Position Overview: Senior helpers of Holly Springs is looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to work Monday - Friday from 2 - 6 PM. This role is crucial in supporting our office operations and enhancing our marketing efforts through social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with office administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Support marketing campaigns by leveraging social media platforms effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and phone skills in interactions with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) for creating and managing documents.
- Maintain a high level of organization to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
- Social media experience is a plus, particularly in managing accounts and running campaigns.
- Hubspot Experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
