This is a position in which the hours are not guaranteed. However, there are opportunities to accept 40 hours a week.
Hours: Make your own schedule with respects to our requirements. (4 hour minimum on days you desired to work )
Locations: within 30 miles in the circumference of Gurley.
PRN positions are available. (PRN requirements include: 1 weekend a month, at least 20 hr a month, calling weekly for scheduling

Availability requirement:
- Employees can make their own schedule selecting days and times they desire to work
- Every other weekend (Saturday /Sunday) is required at a minimum of 8 hours each day.
Job Duties:
- Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
- Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
- Ambulation
- Eating
- Dressing
- Shaving
- Companionship and conversation
- Light house keeping
- Transporting clients/ running errands with or for the client.
- Preparing meals
- Provide safety supervision with walking and bathing
- Must be able to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
