What are the responsibilities and job description for the Referral Assessment Specialist position at Senior Helpers - League City?
Candidate will go to referrals homes who have called in about our service to assess what possible client's needs while letting them know what we can do to help that client. Candidate will evaluate those new clients with their caregivers to improve.
Requirements :
- 6 months experience in assessment at a home care company.
- 1 year of college.
- Has a reliable vehicle.
Referrals come by Aging Care then by the office so there should be a 98% conversion rate.
Compensation every six months for all referrals remain our clients.
Salary : $18 - $20
