Senior Helpers McKinney is seeking a dedicated male caregiver for a 30-hour per week schedule in McKinney, TX. This role requires experience with a Hoyer Lift and involves a split shift schedule: 4 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening, Monday through Saturday.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $14 to $15, paid biweekly. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, as well as ongoing paid trainings and support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Safely transfer the client using a Hoyer Lift
- Assist with mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping and keep the environment safe and clean
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication reminders and other daily needs
- Comply with all the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Respect and maintain clients' privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Accompany clients with appointments and errands
- Engage client in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Male caregiver
- Experience with a Hoyer Lift is required
-Must have at least 2 years of professional, verifiable, experience working with seniors. - Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Own and reliable transportation- Social Security Card
