Collaborating with internal teams, you will strategize, organize, and execute business operations to achieve the goals, directives, and vision of our company.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in a sales role, preferably in senior healthcare sales or a related field.

Exceptional leadership skills are essential, as you will inspire and motivate our teams to deliver high-quality client care and effective utilization of resources.

Excellent organizational skills are also necessary to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in using software tools such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems is required, as you will rely on them for documentation, reporting, and record-keeping purposes.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Strategizing, organizing, and directing business operations to achieve our company's goals and mission.
  • Negotiating and influencing referral sources to ensure revenue growth.
  • Developing and implementing specific strategies for high-quality client care and effective resource utilization.
  • Ensuring optimal client satisfaction and experience.
  • Adhering to federal, state, and local compliance practices.
  • Overseeing accurate time-keeping and record-keeping.
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for market and client expansion.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior clients and their families to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conducting market research to identify recurring referral sources, potential clients, and new sales opportunities.
  • Presenting services and products to senior clients, effectively communicating their benefits.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using the company's CRM and other software tools.
  • Analyzing sales data to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing feedback on senior in-home care services development based on client insights and market demands.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned or needed.

To qualify for this position, you should have :

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business and / or consumer marketing
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in senior health care sales or a related field.
  • Exceptional team-player skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook is required.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Vehicle in good condition
  • Ability to learn software programs quickly.
