Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Companion to provide support and companionship to individuals in Menomonee Falls, WI. The Male Companion will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of clients, fostering a safe and engaging environment.

.Duties: Drive client to social activities..Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversation and activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by maintaining cleanliness in living areas. Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to appropriate healthcare professionals.Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements: Previous experience in caregiving, home care, nursing home, or long-term care settings is preferred. Driver license and car insurance is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. A clean driving record may be necessary for transportation duties. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
