Immediate Need for Care Manager / Care Provider / Day Shift, Night Shift and Weekends (Day and Night Shift)

Senior Helpers is seeking a friendly, compassionate and dependable individual who wants to join a team who shares the same goal of spreading joy to our clients.
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Must have HCA Clearance.
- 1 years of experience in Senior Care.
- Proper knowledge and use of a Hoyer or Sara lift.
- Proper knowledge of Transferring a client.
- Knowledge of ADL's.
- Able to work in the San Juan Capistrano area.
- Reliable transportation and able to show proof of Insurance.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Conduct patient observations and document vital signs accurately.
- Offer compassionate care giving while maintaining respect for client dignity and privacy.
- Support clients with dementia care through engaging activities that promote cognitive function.
- Lift and assist clients as necessary to ensure their mobility and comfort.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and sensitive information.

Care provided could include activities of daily living (ADL's) such as grooming, eating, walking, bathing, and other self-care tasks. It could also include assisting with fun hobbies and games that a client enjoys.
