What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Scheduler position at Senior Helpers of Central Iowa?
Senior Helpers is a premier home care agency in Des Moines and the surrounding area. We are seeking a scheduling professional to match our caregiving staff with our clients. This role is an integral part of our team.
A passion for excellence and serving others is required. Scheduling experience is strongly preferred, but we will train the right person. You must have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and have excellent computer skills. Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred. You must like people and be willing to work with all types, both staff and clients. Must be able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
Along with scheduling experience, the perfect candidate would also have a caregiving background and be willing to provide client care when the event arises that there are shifts not able to be filled.
