We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Services Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, maintaining strong relationships, and overseeing the overall satisfaction of the home care services we provide. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, communicative, and empathetic professional with a passion for improving the lives of clients through outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and their families.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with home care services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients and families to assess needs and resolve any issues.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the client services team to ensure all client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to optimize care plans and service delivery.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices for client care and service excellence.
- Service Delivery & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the highest level of care is being provided by regularly assessing care quality and identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of care plans, ensuring they are personalized and updated as necessary.
- Handle and resolve any client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate client records, including service details, updates, and feedback.
- Prepare and deliver reports on client satisfaction, service delivery, and team performance.
- Monitor service schedules, adjust as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
- Business Development & Client Retention:
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition process.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support client retention strategies and foster positive client experiences.
- Contribute to the agency’s growth by identifying opportunities to expand services to current clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client services, account management, or home healthcare services (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of the needs of individuals receiving home care services.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Knowledge of home care regulations and industry standards (preferred).
