What You'll Do Each Day:
- Activities of Daily Living: Following a care plan, you'll help seniors with everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, safe mobility, and staying active.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, comfortable home environment and prepare nutritious meals.
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities and provide a friendly presence.
- Errands: Transport clients to appointments, stores, social events, and more.
- Support: Foster their independence, monitor their health, and keep family members informed.
- Be able and willing to work overnight shifts.
- Dependable, caring, patient, empathetic, and genuinely interested in working with seniors.
- Strong communicator who can build trust with clients and their families.
- Willingness and ability to perform personal care as needed.
- Physical capability to assist clients with mobility, as needed.
- At least 18 years old.
- Willingness and ability to drive clients on errands, as needed (you must have a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license and up-to-date auto insurance).
- Previous professional or personal caregiving experience is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training to the right candidates.
- Competitive Pay: $18-$20 per hour
