Your Role as a Caregiver

Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to improve someone’s quality of life through tasks such as:

Personal Care Assistance

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining their dignity.
• Provide mobility and toileting support to ensure comfort and safety.

Companionship & Emotional Support

• Share meaningful moments through conversations, games, or hobbies.
• Promote activities like gentle walks or light exercises to keep spirits high.

Household Assistance

• Prepare meals that meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Keep homes tidy with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medications on schedule.

Transportation & Errands

• Safely drive or accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or errands.

Monitoring & Safety

• Ensure a secure environment and report changes in health or behavior to the team.

What We Need from You

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No professional experience required—family caregiving is equally valued!
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Flexible Schedules to Fit Your Life

We know life is busy, so we offer flexibility:

• Choose from morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts.
• Options for 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour, and 2-hour shifts.
• Stacked shifts, weekend availability, and holiday schedules.
