Your Role as a Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll provide vital support that helps seniors maintain their independence, health, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

Personal Care Assistance

• Helping with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene to ensure dignity and comfort.
• Assisting with dressing and mobility, including safe transfers and walking support.
• Providing toileting assistance, including incontinence care and restroom support.
• Offering support with meal preparation and feeding, following dietary needs.
• Providing medication reminders (without direct administration).

Emotional & Social Support

• Being a compassionate companion, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Encouraging seniors to stay active with light exercise, hobbies, and social outings.
• Providing reassurance and companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.

Home Support Assistance

• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Running errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-ups.
• Assisting with transportation to appointments, social events, and religious services.

Safety & Wellness Monitoring

• Creating a safe home environment by assisting with mobility and fall prevention.
• Observing and reporting any changes in health or behavior to family or office staff.
• Assisting with the use of walkers, canes, and other assistive devices.

Your role is about more than just helping—it's about empowering seniors to feel supported and valued.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome caregivers from all backgrounds and experience levels. You might be:

• A Family or Friend Caregiver: Have you cared for a loved one? Your experience is invaluable!
• An Experienced Professional: Use your expertise to provide exceptional care and support.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No professional experience required – family caregiving counts!
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Flexible Scheduling That Works for You!

We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, including:

• Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
• Short & long shifts: 2-hour, 3-hour, 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts.
• Weekday and weekend opportunities.
• Stacked shifts available for those looking to maximize their hours.
• Holiday shifts with premium pay.
