About the Role:
As our Part-Time Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our office operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing administrative tasks to providing friendly support to our caregivers and clients, you’ll play a key role in keeping our team connected and efficient. This role will be fully onsite in Irvine, CA.
What You’ll Do as the Office Administrator:
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, including invoice tracking and expense management.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Provide assistance with client care documentation and ensure accuracy in records.
- Support caregivers by answering questions, providing resources, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Work closely with office leadership to streamline daily operations.
- Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming office culture, fostering teamwork and mutual support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in an administrative role (healthcare setting preferred but not required).
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Technologically savvy (we use Microsoft, Zoom, and other integrated apps to simplify tasks and improve communication).
- A warm, professional, and adaptable attitude—someone who loves being helpful!
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Position Details:
- Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite 5 days/week).
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/week (mornings preferred, however, flexible scheduling available).
- Compensation: $18-20/hour depending on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
