Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50/hour with various differentials offered.
No experience or credential required to start!
We are the only in-home care agency in Spokane that offers FREE Home Care Aide training, testing, and assistance ON-SITE!
If you're already credentialed, you may be eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus after requirements are met!
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Caregiver credential (Home Care Aide (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Nursing Assistant-Registered (NAR) 1163 exempt), OR:
- Willingness to complete 10-day training and testing program to become certified
- Dementia experience highly preferred for this client
- Kind, compassionate, and caring demeanor
- Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality
- Great communication with staff and clients
- Pass a background and fingerprint check
- Your own vehicle, current license and insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities:
- Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
- Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
- Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
- Assist your clients with walking, dressing, bathing, and other daily activities of living
- Report and document activities completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ status
