Senior Helpers is a busy home health care office located Spring Hill, FL and we are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our wonderful administrative team!
This job description outlines the objective, primary responsibilities, and/or requirements and qualifications of the Administrative Assistant.
Objective: The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Director of Operations (DO) to manage and develop all caregiver hiring for Senior Helpers.
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
* Confirms that all applicants have the required certifications to work for Senior Helpers.
* Verifies Background Screen eligibility.
* Distribution and administration of the Senior Helpers Handbook and training materials through weekly pre hire sessions.
* Keeps track of all inquiries through really and any other tools given to them by the DO.
* Takes all employment opportunity incoming calls.
* Seeks opportunities to locate potential employees within the community.
* Supports the Director in hiring appropriate number of caregivers needed for service to our clients.
* Creates all caregiver files, name badges and any other tools needed by the new hires.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
Must have excellent phone skills and follow-up skills with prospects.
Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability.
Must have the ability to speak intelligently about our business during pre-hire sessions.
Minimum of 6 months experience in a administrative role.
This position requires employee interaction and public speaking to a small group. Only applicants who possess this experience are eligible for this position.
Applicants must work with the provided tools to seek caregivers for employment with Senior Helpers.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
