Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management. Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :
- Build new Private Pay Business in both La Mesa and Poway territories.
- Perform client assessments and set up care schedules; coordinate with the office staff to ensure client starts in a timely manner.
- Manage Prospects List on Wellsky Personal Care (CRM).
- Responsible for all calls from Lead Generations and managing follow up.
- Book new Client assessments.
- Set up and manage drip marketing campaigns through Hubspot.
- Utilize loom and social media for marketing outreach and prospect follow up.
- Be the expert on Life Profile, flexHome and future SH programs.
- Build relationships and partnerships throughout both territories with new and existing referral partners.
- Attend conferences, host marketing events in Center of Excellence (COE), and host the Caregiver Support Group.
- Arrange and host presentations and lunch and learns for future and current referral partners
- Attend and engage in Community Outreach Projects.
- Work with the Client Services Managers in both La Mesa and Poway to get care set up and running smoothly.
