The Client Services Manager works closely with the Scheduler and Nurses to be the “face” of Senior Helpers to clients and their families. The Client Services Manager also works with the Director of Nursing to ensure that the client-related operations of our office are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Job duties include :
- Handling and following up on inquiries regarding our services
- Onboarding new clients and enhancement of processes
- Maintaining client records, ensuring their completeness, and performing regular audits
- Completing periodic re-assessments for basic-care clients and alerting nurses if a client has transitioned to comprehensive care
- Staying in touch with clients and their families on a regular basis and informing the rest of the Senior Helpers staff of any noteworthy changes
- Proactively prevent and resolve problems and issues reported
- Overseeing scheduling to ensure client needs are being met
- Communicate effectively with caregivers to prepare them for shifts and address client / caregiver concerns
- Cross-training to assist with other office functions as needed
