Caregiver Responsibilities
- Establish open communication channels with seniors, their families, and our staff to foster trust and understanding.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to promote independence and dignity.
- Provide companionship by engaging seniors in activities and conversations to reduce feelings of loneliness.
- Support seniors with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned to ensure comprehensive care.
