Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up and laundry.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
