Home Care Scheduler

Senior Helpers is a growing senior home care company who is looking for a motivated fast paced individual to join our team!

This is a full time position working out of our Round Rock location.

Standard hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM with some flexibility to accommodate on call time and other situations.

Job duties:

-Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on information obtained during the assessment for new clients and care plans for existing clients.

- Recruit hire and train new caregivers

- Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts or emergencies arise.

- Contact clients, as needed, to update them on their caregivers' status and process feedback from clients.

- Document and respond to complaints by caregivers and process similar information from clients to their Client Services Manager.

On-Call Job Duties:

- Rotating schedule for 1 week at a time after hours/weekend

- Address missed clock-ins, if any.

- Acknowledge and address messages from Call Center

- Update clients if caregivers are late or call-out

- Fill schedules that come open outside of business hours during the week, if any

Qualifications for this position:

- Minimum of one year in a staffing/recruiting position.

- Professional experience in the field of customer service.

- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

- Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.
