In-Home Caregiver Needed for Female Client with Dementia – Pflugerville
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable in-home caregiver to assist a female client with dementia in Pflugerville. The ideal candidate will have experience with dementia care and be able to provide support with personal care needs, daily activities, and companionship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Provide support with daily living activities
- Engage the client in games, puzzles, and other enjoyable activities
- Provide companionship and ensure safety
- Help with light household tasks as needed
- Assist with feeding and meal preparation
- Interaction with 3 indoor cats (no pet care responsibilities required)
Schedule:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Location:
- Pflugerville, TX
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or personal care
- Experience with dementia care preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Ability to engage in fun, mentally stimulating activities
- Comfortable with cats in the home
