Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to train our caregivers. As a Lead Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of service we render to our clients, ensuring the competency, knowledge and skill of our caregivers are align with the company's mission and vision. This position is ideal for CNA's who have a passion for helping caregivers possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional care to our senior clients.
Duties
- Must be willing to travel to our supported areas, including San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Florence, Apache Junction, Mesa, Gold Canyon, Superior, Coolidge, Eloy, and Casa Grande.
- Provide training to caregivers on daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Identify training opportunities to caregivers while on the job itself.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes and make sure to match client's need to caregiver's skills and personality.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress and needs.
Experience
- Must be a CNA licensed.
- Familiarity with patient care techniques, medication administration, patient monitoring, home health practices, and senior care is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their knowledge on in-home caregiving.
General Operations & Support:
- Assist in scheduling and staffing needs to ensure proper caregiver-client matching.
- Support office operations and collaborate with the leadership team to improve internal processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.
Qualifications:
- CNA licensed with huge experience in senior care, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience in training and managing employees is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
